| Abstract |
Four chapters of lost ancient book that were copied before copy B of Lao Zi unearthed at Mawangdui is the important materials of the research of the Yellow Emperor School and the Lao Zi School. However, the finished written date of the book was remained unknown whish gave certain obstacles for the research of the Yellow Emperor School and the Lao Zi School. This article surveyed thoroughly the different opinions obtained by the scholars, at the same time, the author submitted new materials and new point of views and obtained the concrete results of the finished written date ought to be the early years of the Late Warring States Period (between 300B.C.and 286B.C.).
