The thesis explores the writer and time of the Temperament Book of the Historical Record, the central topics of this thesis are: 1. Examination of other scholar’s research concering the writer and time of the Temperament Book of the Hestorical Record. 2. Discussion and analysis of the subject on the debate concepts of the connection of temperament and military, astronomical and meteorological observation. Exploration of the writer and time of the Temperament Book of the Historical Record, additionally, the author situates its historical value and cultural significance in Han-dynasty.
