Abstract	Xie Fangde was one of the important people in note rhetoric studies in Song periods. His famous works are “Wenzhang Guifan”, “Tangong Jie”, “Tangshi Jie”. His dialectical rhetoric thoughts of critical rhetoric was mainly expressed between these relations of rhetorical phenomenon: boldness and carefulness; euphemism and explicitness; epetition and simplicity; inheritance and innovation; vulgarity and gentility, etc, which have unique view.
